Shipping

Our domestic orders are shipped via Correos.

Your order will arrive within the indicated timeframe depending on the destination and the type of shipping requested (Standard or Express).

Shipping is done Monday through Friday before 11:30 a.m. As long as your order is placed before that time, it will be included in the shipping schedule for that day. Orders placed after that time on Friday will be added to the following Monday's shipping schedule.

After 30 minutes from placing your order, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to add any additional information about the shipping address, please email us at natural.fonan@gmail.com as soon as possible, specifying the order number and indicating the changes, and we will contact the shipping company.

You will be notified by email when your order leaves our warehouse and when it is being delivered. The message will include the tracking number so you can track your shipment.

If your shipment cannot be delivered, the delivery person will take your package to a post office, which will be notified in a message. It is advisable to provide your phone number so they can contact you more easily.

If it is ultimately not possible to deliver it to your home, you will receive a message with the details of the post office where you can pick it up. Remember that you have 15 days to do so, and it will be available the day after receiving the message.

If the order has not been picked up after this time, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you. Shipping costs, both for the first and return shipments, will be borne by the consumer.
