Our history
Fonan arose from our own need while working. We are two very normal people who didn't have time to have breakfast but wanted to take care of ourselves despite the little free time we had.
We realized that surviving on coffee in the morning was not a viable or healthy option in the long term, so we set to work to develop a nutritionally complete breakfast shake to stay satisfied and energized until bedtime. eat.
But this was just the beginning. Fonan would not have been possible without a support network made up of professionals, companies and advisors who helped us materialize this dream based on an easier and healthier breakfast.
Our commitment
We realized that in Spain 70% of people had bad or no breakfast, so it was a problem that worried a large part of the population.
We are committed to making a breakfast that is healthy, satisfying and energetic.
After a prolonged period of overnight fasting, breakfast provides the first food intake of the day and can help replenish blood glucose levels, providing energy to start the day.

Junto con mi socio Alfonso y nuestro equipo, hemos creado la fórmula perfecta para desayunar con todos los macronutrientes y micronutrientes que necesitamos para aguantar el día y no perder mucho tiempo.
